Lip - Smacking Lobster Recipes for the Sea Food Enthusiasts

Lobster is highly preferred by the seafood lovers. You can use lobster meat to prepare some lip-smacking recipes, which are very healthy and involves minimum cooking time. Apart from lobster salad, hot lobster, lobster pizza, lobster club sandwich, grilled lobster with barbeque mayonnaise, other lobster recipes are:




  • French Lobster recipe – you will need medium sized lobster, pounded mace, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, fresh cream, and pounded mace. You must remove the lobster meat neatly from the shell of the lobster and dice it into small cubes. Take a stew pan and pour into it the white stock, lobster meat cubes, all the seasonings, and the fresh cream. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and let it simmer for 7-8 minutes till it reaches the desired consistency. After you remove the fire add the mixture to the clean lobster shells. The top portion of the shells has to be covered with bread crumbs. You can add a dash of molten butter on it and spread the butter evenly.

    • Lobster curry – it is very easy to prepare. Lobster curry is an exclusive dish with an extraordinary flavor. It derives much of its aroma from the spices used to prepare it. To prepare this dish you have to cut the lobster meat in small pieces. Take a fry pan, put into it 2-3 spoons of virgin olive oil, and add seasonings like 2 pods of cardamom, a stick of cinnamon, and a bay leaf. To it add the finely chopped onions, and fry well. You need to make sure that the onions are transparent, nice, and pink in color. Once you make sure that the onions are well cooked add finely chopped tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, and curry powder. Mix them well and cook for another five minutes. When the spices starts leaving oil add the vegetable stock, coconut milk, and cook for some time. When you will find that the gravy is almost ready you can add two tea spoon of lime juice to the mixture. Remove the curry from the flame. Allow it some standing time. You can serve hot and spicy lobster curry with steamed rice.

      These are all exquisite lobster recipes. They are difficult to make as Lobster meat is very delicate to prepare.
