There are days (and pretty often) when you don’t have any special ingredients for a certain dish in your fridge but you still want to make something. This happens a lot about salads for me. I believe that one should try really hard to make really bad salads, that’s why I have a long list of salads that fall under the category “What’s Left in the Fridge”. Just thought I’ll share some of them with you.
Salad #1
Lettuce, tomato, avocado, crab sticks. Olive oil and Italian herbs seasoning.
Salad #2
Lettuce, tomato, avocado, red bell peppers. Olive oil, scallions, white vinegar, salt, pepper.
Salad #3
Broccoli, hard boiled eggs, olives. Carrots, onions, white vinegar.
Variations are endless. Never stop yourself from eating a salad!

When you know how to get a six pack in a month, you already know that salad may be expensive but is a good meal when you are on a diet. Sometimes going on a diet can really be costly.
Always a good idea to eat generous portions of vegetables. A healthy diet can only mean a more fit you.
